How is it done?

Enter the bench and adjust the bench, or go to a position where the support is on your hip or just below it, this depends on the model you are using.

Take a position you are comfortable with, keep your legs straight during the movement. Just begin to descend by bending your hip and keeping your back straight.

When dispensing with the weights, place your hands behind your neck. When you have reached the lowest possible level, go back again and feel the buttocks at work, at the top of the movement you should be almost straight and at the lowest part of the movement you should be at a 70-degree angle. This is a repeat.
